We are searching for a highly motivated and results-oriented growth driver to lead our Customer Success team in alignment with our product-led growth strategy. In this role, you will directly win and manage key accounts while also leading a small team of Customer Success Specialists, playing a pivotal role in increasing customer acquisition and retention for Salonized, while ensuring that our customers are continuously delighted.
**How you will have an impact**:
- Lead a scalable customer success model for the Netherlands and other European regions, shaping a high-performance team.
- Manage 3-4 Customer Success Specialist that are responsible free trial to paid subscriber conversion, partnerships, onboarding and customer retention.
- Lead by example, winning and driving success for key accounts.
- Implement and optimize a customer success framework focused on maximizing customer lifetime value (CLTV).
- Proactively identify and address customer needs and challenges.
- Collaborate across the business to drive key customer success metrics, including churn rate, net promoter score (NPS), and customer lifetime value (CLTV).
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure features and functionality meet customer needs.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to help them achieve their full potential.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with other teams to ensure alignment and achieve company goals.
**You are a great fit if you have**:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in customer success, preferably for an SMB SaaS solution.
- Fluent in English and Dutch is a must. German is a plus.
- Proven track record of driving market growth and lifetime value for an SMB SaaS platform or similar solution.
- Experience leading and managing a team.
- Strong knowledge of sales and productivity tools (CRM, Analytics, Forecasting)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven and analytical mindset with a focus on metrics and reporting.
- Experience with market development and go-to-market strategies (a plus).
- Experience in the salon industry (a plus).
- Passion for Salonized's mission and the salon industry.
