Business Development Executive

**Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to spearhead our efforts in driving new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and achieving new revenue growth. If you’re an ambitious, self-motivated professional with a passion for technology, and a talent for building strong connections, we’d love to hear from you. In this role, you will identify and engage potential clients, effectively communicate the value of Celeris services, and play a pivotal role in shaping our growth strategy.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Identify New Business Opportunities**
Proactively research and target potential merchants and partners in dynamic verticals like retail, e-commerce, SaaS, iGaming, and subscription services.
- **Drive Revenue Growth**
Develop and execute strategies to onboard new clients and expand existing accounts, meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- **Foster Client Relationships**
Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, understanding their payment processing challenges and aligning them with Celeris' solutions.
- **Promote Payment Solutions**
Effectively communicate the value of Celeris' features, such as intelligent routing, subscription management, Flexible 3DS, and automated reconciliation, to deliver value and merchant engagement.
- **Collaborate Across Teams**
Work closely with internal teams, including technical and customer success, to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional support for merchants.
- **Market Insights & Feedback**
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, providing feedback to refine product offerings and strategy.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience in pre-sales / solution consulting, business development, sales, or account management, preferably in payments/fintech.
- Understanding of payment gateway solutions and digital payment trends.
**Skills**:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build, grow, and maintain client relationships.
- A technical bias with an analytical mindset focused on results and solving problems for our customers.
- Proficient in CRM tools
