Ons hoofdkantoor is gevestigd in Breda en ligt op 5 minuten loopafstand van het centraal station Breda.
Wat ga je doen?
Als stagiair(e) binnen het Customer Experience Experts & Events team ben je werkzaam op ons hoofdkantoor in Breda. Dit team is o.a. verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren en digitaliseren van processen en het vergroten van de klanttevredenheid.
Je krijgt in ons team de unieke kans om te werken aan het in kaart brengen van bedrijfsprocessen en het identificeren van knelpunten en fouten. Je zult nauw samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen om inzichten te verkrijgen en verbeteringen voor te stellen. Jouw taken omvatten onder andere:
- Het analyseren van bestaande processen en workflows binnen verschillende afdelingen.
- Het identificeren van veelvoorkomende fouten en knelpunten in de processen.
- Het ontwikkelen van rapporten, dashboards en aanbevelingen voor procesverbeteringen.
- Een voorstel maken voor de implementatie van verbeteringsvoorstellen.

Tijdens je stage word je begeleid door een medewerker van het CX Experts & Events team. Daarnaast zul je regelmatig te maken krijgen met medewerkers vanuit de verschillende teams en andere stakeholders. Daarnaast worden er leuke teamuitjes georganiseerd en bieden we een marktconforme stagevergoeding.
Wat vragen wij?
- Je volgt een HBO opleiding in een relevante studierichting (bijvoorbeeld Bedrijfskunde, Commerciële Economie etc);
- Bij voorkeur een meewerk stagiair(e) of een afstudeer stagiair(e) die mínimaal 4 dagen meewerkt;
- Je hebt een analytische en kritische mindset met oog voor detail;
- Je bent proactief, leergierig en in staat om zelfstandig te werken;
- Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden en beheersing van Nederlandse en Engelse taal en kunt effectief samenwerken met verschillende teams;
- Affiniteit met de FMCG / Horeca markt is een pre;
- Duur van 5-6 maanden;
- Startdatum 1 september 2024 (datum in overleg).
