Key Responsibilities- Provide commercial and administrative support to the Sales team regarding customers
- Act as the communication portal between the Sales team, back office, and customers
- Process orders and make reservations for instruments to be borrowed in connection with surgeries
- Handle Order Management, including providing accurate delivery dates, pricing information, and order status
- Allocate products and handle inquiries
- Prepare immediate deliveries/transfers of products and handle order entry
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, with strong proactive communication skills
- High level of drive and persistence, with great attention to detail
- Strong customer focus and responsiveness, with the ability to demonstrate flexibility
- Solid professional experience in a Customer Service environment, with knowledge of product, anatomy, and physiology
- IT literacy, including MS Office, SAP, and Salesforce
- MBO/HBO education in Business or Administration, or equivalent through professional experience
