Job Opportunity:

At Zimmer Biomet, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in the Benelux region. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction and ensuring seamless communication between our Sales team, back office, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide commercial and administrative support to the Sales team regarding customer interactions
• Serve as the primary communication portal between the Sales team, back office, and customers
• Process orders and make reservations for instruments to be borrowed in connection with surgeries
• Manage Order Management, ensuring accurate delivery dates, pricing information, and order status
• Allocate products and handle inquiries
• Prepare immediate deliveries and transfers of products
• Handle order entry and verify price agreements and conditions

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong proactive communication skills and a high level of being driven and persistent
• Great attention to detail and a strong customer focus
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Solid professional experience in a Customer Service environment, with knowledge of product, anatomy, and physiology
• Preferably experienced in production planning and IT literate (MS Office, SAP, Salesforce)
• MBO/HBO education in Business or Administration, or equivalent through professional experience
