Key Responsibilities- Provide commercial and administrative support to the Sales team, ensuring seamless communication with customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Sales team, back office, and customers, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.
- Process orders and make reservations for instruments, ensuring timely delivery and availability for surgeries.
- Manage Order Management, providing accurate delivery dates, pricing information, and order status to customers.
- Allocate products efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries, providing prompt and accurate solutions.
- Prepare and coordinate immediate deliveries or transfers of products, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Enter orders and verify price agreements and conditions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English, with excellent communication and writing skills.
- Strong proactive communication skills, with a high level of drive and persistence.
- Attention to detail, with a strong customer focus and responsiveness.
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid professional experience in a Customer Service environment, with knowledge of product, anatomy, and physiology.
- Preferably experienced in production planning, with IT literacy in MS Office, SAP, and Salesforce.
- MBO/HBO education in Business or Administration, or equivalent through professional experience.
