About the Role

The Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and satisfaction to Zimmer Biomet's Benelux customers. This role will involve maintaining a high level of communication, support, and correspondence between customers, the Sales team, and the wider Customer Experience team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing commercial and administrative support to the Sales team regarding customers
  • Acting as a communication portal between the Sales team, back office, and customers
  • Order processing and making reservations for instruments to be borrowed in connection with surgeries
  • Handling Order Management, including providing accurate delivery dates, pricing information, and order status
  • Allocating products and handling inquiries
  • Preparing immediate deliveries/transfers of products
  • Handling order entry and checking price agreements and conditions

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, in both speech and writing
  • Strong proactive communication skills and a high level of being driven and persistent
  • Great attention to detail and a strong customer focus
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of flexibility and adaptability
  • Solid professional experience operating within a Customer Service environment
  • Knowledge of product, anatomy, and physiology
  • Preferably experienced in production planning and IT literate (MS Office, SAP, Salesforce)
  • MBO/HBO education in Business or Administration, or equivalent through professional experience
