Customer Experience Specialist

About the Role
The Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and satisfaction to Zimmer Biomet's Benelux customers. This role will involve maintaining a high level of communication, support, and correspondence between customers, the Sales team, and the wider Customer Experience team.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing commercial and administrative support to the Sales team regarding customers
- Acting as a communication portal between the Sales team, back office, and customers
- Order processing and making reservations for instruments to be borrowed in connection with surgeries
- Handling Order Management, including providing accurate delivery dates, pricing information, and order status
- Allocating products and handling inquiries
- Preparing immediate deliveries/transfers of products
- Handling order entry and checking price agreements and conditions
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, in both speech and writing
- Strong proactive communication skills and a high level of being driven and persistent
- Great attention to detail and a strong customer focus
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of flexibility and adaptability
- Solid professional experience operating within a Customer Service environment
- Knowledge of product, anatomy, and physiology
- Preferably experienced in production planning and IT literate (MS Office, SAP, Salesforce)
- MBO/HBO education in Business or Administration, or equivalent through professional experience
