About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Zimmer Biomet. As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining exceptional service and satisfaction across our Benelux customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide commercial and administrative support to the Sales team, ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Process orders and manage inventory, ensuring accurate delivery dates and pricing information.
  • Allocate products and resources effectively, meeting customer needs and expectations.
  • Contribute to the development of customer-focused solutions, driving business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of French is a plus, but not essential.
  • Proven experience in customer service, with a strong focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
  • IT literacy, with proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and Salesforce.
  • MBO/HBO education in Business or Administration, or equivalent through professional experience.
