Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Experience Intern to join our Horeca team in Breda. As an intern, you will play a key role in supporting our Customer Experience team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in the hospitality channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Customer Experience team in increasing customer satisfaction and driving sales growth through proactive sales calls and digital engagement.
- Identify and implement efficiency opportunities to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
- Collaborate with various departments within AB InBev to gain a comprehensive understanding of the organization and expand your professional network.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive business growth and customer loyalty.
Requirements
- Commercial HBO education with a focus on sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Affinity with the FMCG/Horeca market and a strong understanding of the Dutch market.
