Job Title: Skilled ICT Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled ICT support specialist to join our team at Hands on ICT. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring their ICT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Job Description:

As a skilled ICT support specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support to clients via phone, email, and our ticket system
  • Analyzing and resolving technical issues and queries
  • Escalating complex issues to our second-line support team or other relevant departments
  • Maintaining documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Proactively monitoring systems and reporting potential issues
  • Ensuring client satisfaction through a friendly and professional approach
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • MBO level 4 education in ICT, preferably in beheer or servicemanagement
  • Experience working in an ICT service-oriented environment, with strong communication and client-focused skills
  • Practical experience in implementing ICT-beheerprocessen (ITIL)
  • Certifications in Microsoft technologies (MCSA) are a plus
  • A strong problem-solving ability, with a proactive approach
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary between € 2,600,- and € 3,200,-, based on your knowledge and experience. You will also receive a laptop and phone subscription, as well as a bike plan and 27,5 vacation days. We offer flexible working hours and the possibility to work from home. We also provide a paid WGA-gat extended insurance and a refer a friend bonus of € 1,500.-
