We are seeking a skilled ICT support specialist to join our team at Hands on ICT. As a skilled ICT support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring that their ICT systems are running smoothly.
Job Description:As a skilled ICT support specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing technical support to our clients via phone, email, and remote access
- Analyzing and resolving technical issues and problems
- Escalating complex issues to the second line support or other relevant departments
- Maintaining documentation and knowledge base articles
- Proactively monitoring systems and reporting potential issues
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through a friendly and professional attitude
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- MBO level 4 education in ICT, preferably in the field of service management
- Experience working in an ICT service-oriented environment, with a focus on customer communication and satisfaction
- Knowledge of ITIL and Microsoft technologies, including Windows 10, Exchange, O365, and Azure
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues
