The Role

We are seeking a Lead Structural Hull Engineer to strengthen our team. As an experienced leader in floating structural design, you will lead the Structural Hull team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines and budget.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the Structural Hull team to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the structural design process, including conceptual to construction phases.
  • Review and approve design calculations, drawings, and technical documents.
  • Interface with clients, project management, other disciplines, procurement, construction, classification bureaus, and subcontractors.
Requirements
  • MSc or BSc degree in Offshore Structures / Naval Architecture with structural analysis of floating structures.
  • Approximately 10 years of relevant experience in floating structural design, including 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong management and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the floating structure design process.
  • Extensive experience and technical expertise in structural analysis of global and local hull structures.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $125,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects that contribute to the development of offshore energy solutions.
