Job Summary

We are seeking a Strategic Director, Sales Excellence and Growth to drive the Commercial and Sales Excellence / Enablement program for BU IGT-S (Image Guided Therapy) Services & Solutions.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in (CRM) marketing or a downstream commercial management role, preferably with experience in services sales and/or marketing. They will be responsible for improving customer acquisition efforts, enhancing sales channel collaboration, and supporting local relevant action planning versus targets.

The Strategic Director will collect and analyze sales excellence maturities, create and deploy lead- and funnel management through marketing and sales programs, and develop commercial excellence playbooks for different sources of business.

The role requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to synthesize market analyses and customer feedback into appropriate commercial programs.

A Master's degree in Business Economics and/or Marketing is preferred. The successful candidate will also have a self-starting mentality, be structured, analytically strong, and results-driven.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the Commercial and Sales Excellence / Enablement program for BU IGT-S Services & Solutions.
  • Improve customer acquisition efforts for Services and Solutions.
  • Enhance sales channel collaboration along existing and created customer touchpoints.
  • Support local relevant action planning versus targets.
  • Collect and analyze sales excellence maturities.
  • Create and deploy lead- and funnel management through marketing and sales programs.
  • Develop commercial excellence playbooks for different sources of business.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business Economics and/or Marketing.
  • 5-10 years of experience in (CRM) marketing or a downstream commercial management role.
  • Experience in services sales and/or marketing, preferably with Sales Excellence deployment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to synthesize market analyses and customer feedback into appropriate commercial programs.
