Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Lead Customer Success Manager to join our team in Utrecht. As a customer champion, you will play a central role in driving customer retention and growth through strategic consulting and trusted advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
- Build deep relationships with key customers and drive product adoption through regular engagement and training.
- Analyze product usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop creative solutions to meet customer needs.
- Work with the Account Management team to discover opportunities for growth and drive net expansion.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing role with a strong background in consulting or account management.
- Excellent communication and empathy skills to become a trusted advisor for our clients.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and enjoy learning about Freshworks' products and technical foundation.
- Business-level fluency in Dutch language is a must.
