About the Role
We're seeking an exceptional Lead Customer Success Manager in Utrecht to join our team. As a customer champion, you'll play a central role in retaining and developing our existing customers. You'll act as a strategic consultant and trusted advisor to our mid-market and enterprise customers in the Netherlands region, helping them get the most out of our platform.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building deep relationships with customers and driving product adoption
- Retaining customers through data-driven approaches and measuring KPIs
- Inspiring customer growth and advocacy through creative solutions and collaboration with internal teams
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing role, with consulting or account management experience a plus
- Bachelor's degree, with an engineering background advantageous
- Excellent communication and empathy skills to become a trusted advisor for our clients
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product, and support
- Business-level fluency in Dutch language is a must
