As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing marketing strategies, and collaborating with executives to set objectives and achieve goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to reach target customer segments and expand our presence in regional markets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with executives to set objectives and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Provide market insights and analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1-3 years' experience in a business development or account management role within a central laboratory or CRO.
  • Related laboratory experience or experience in the clinical trial industry and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent organization, communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as necessary (25-50%).
