About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Talent Management team as a Global Talent Development Intern. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable insights into talent management practices and contribute to the development of our global talent strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze data to inform talent management decisions and create visual overviews to support reporting and decision-making purposes.
  • Organize and coordinate events, initiatives, and projects, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement local employer branding strategies, aligning with global campaigns and enhancing our online presence.
  • Coordinate learning and development trainings, maintaining accurate records and analyzing data to support annual reporting.
  • Support communication efforts by drafting materials and visuals, ensuring consistency and clarity across all channels.

Requirements
  • Enrollment in a BSc or MSc program in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong MS Office skills and fluent proficiency in speaking and written English.
  • A structured approach, driven personality, excellent communication and people skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to dedicate at least 6 months to this internship.
  • Availability to work 5 days per week, with a balance of in-office and remote work.
Eligibility Criteria
  • The internship must be included in your study curriculum and directly contribute to your academic results.
  • Your educational institution must be willing to sign a collaboration agreement with JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS.
  • You must be an EU(EEA) student residing in the Netherlands during the internship or a Non-EU(EEA) student enrolled and living in the Netherlands during the internship.
