About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Talent Development Manager. This is a key role that will drive the performance management program, lead talent development initiatives, and partner with leaders to enhance organizational capability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the performance management program, driving high expectations with assigned client groups, and ensure teams are appropriately trained on the overall process.
  • Develop and implement talent development initiatives, including employee onboarding, goal setting, development planning, and quarterly reviews.
  • Partner with leaders to assess organizational structures, identify talent gaps, and develop strategies to address them.
  • Drive culture transformation, diversity, and inclusion efforts, and build a pipeline of HR talent for the organization.
  • Design and implement Lean organization and simplification initiatives, driving improvement and efficiencies.
  • Manage team budget, optimize costs, and lead organizational redesign decisions.
  • Use data to drive business decisions and understand the health of the organization.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of progressive Human Resource experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or a Master's Degree.
  • Ability to understand business financials and how HR can impact.
  • Experience leading change efforts in a matrix environment.
  • Ability to assess, design, and recommend organization changes and simplification.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to modify communication style/approach based on audience.
  • Ability to make difficult decisions and challenge leaders/managers/employees.
  • Strong Financial and Data analytical skills.
