About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Development Strategist to join our Global People Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and driving a comprehensive Talent Development strategy that aligns with our company's goals and culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a strategic plan for talent development that addresses the needs of our employees and the organization as a whole.
  • Develop and implement a performance management process that is aligned with our business strategy and high-performance culture.
  • Design and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees, leaders, and teams.
  • Conduct talent mapping to identify key players and develop strategies for their development and retention.
  • Identify training needs across the organization and develop structured training programs to address these needs.
  • Collaborate with the People team to align talent development initiatives with overall HR strategies.
  • Help manage organizational changes by ensuring employees are equipped with the necessary skills and support.
  • Promote and reinforce the desired organizational culture and values.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Learning and Development and/or Performance Management.
  • Experience working in an international high-performing environment.
  • Ability to set clear priorities and focus on delivering results that add value to the organization.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to push back or create support on different levels of the organization.
  • Project management skills, from scoping to execution and delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
