Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Global Talent Development Intern to join our international headquarters in Amsterdam. As a key member of our Talent Management team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our talent management practices and fostering people development within a diverse cultural context.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze data for Talent processes and initiatives, providing reporting and creating visual overviews for updates and decision-making purposes.
  • Organize and coordinate events and initiatives, connect with suppliers, manage the contracting and invoicing process.
  • Coordinate local Employer Brand social media activities into global campaigns.
  • Organize Learning & Development trainings, keep them up-to-date in our Learning Management System (LMS), and analyze data to support our annual reporting.
  • Support communication around talent projects by drafting communication materials and visuals.

Requirements

  • Academic Program: You are enrolled in a BSc or MSc program for the entirety of the internship, preferably in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Skillset: You possess strong MS Office skills and fluent proficiency in speaking and written English – Having some similar hands-on experience with food research activities is always a benefit.
  • Personal traits: You have a structured approach, a driven and energetic personality, excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
  • Commitment: You are ready to dedicate at least 6 months to this internship, preferably from the 2nd of September to February.
  • Availability: You can join the internship for 5 days per week, including three days in-office and one or two days remotely, ensuring an ideal balance between collaboration and independence.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Your internship should be included in your study curriculum and directly contribute to your academic results.
  • Your educational institution is willing to sign a collaboration agreement with JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS and when joining our Research departments, also sign an NDA agreement for internships.
  • You are either an EU(EEA) student residing in the Netherlands during the internship or a Non-EU(EEA) student enrolled and living in the Netherlands during the internship.
