Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to lead our team of 11 Field Service Engineers in the Netherlands and Belgium. This role reports directly to the Service Delivery Manager for the North West Europe zone and involves close collaboration with local sales organizations to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high-performing team, fostering a strong team ethic and promoting employee growth.
  • Support client visits and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with outsourcing partners through strategic collaboration agreements.
  • Establish direct communication channels with key customers to address their needs effectively.
  • Perform people management tasks, including performance reviews and action plan development.
  • Maintain a strong relationship between the Technical Team and Sales Team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Participate in onsite visits with engineers and conduct regular customer visits to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, managing technical teams or service delivery with a focus on technical skills and administrative capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with Sales Management.
  • Strong organization and team management skills, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Previous experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred but not essential.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Dutch and English language skills is mandatory.
