Job Mission

As the EMEA DTC Technology Manager, you will be responsible for leading the digital transformation of New Balance's Direct-to-Consumer business in the EMEA region. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement business solutions that drive growth and improve the consumer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a digital strategy that aligns with the company's global goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of technology professionals to design, develop, and implement digital solutions that meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Manage and coordinate the development and implementation of digital projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements for Success
  • Relevant degree or equivalent, and relevant number of years work experience in digital/retail functions and exposure to Direct-to-consumer business technologies.
  • Significant experience leading complex projects and evaluating/resolving complex business challenges.
  • Strong organisation skills, be able to organise work and prioritise projects with a sense of urgency whilst being comfortable with uncertainty and shifting priorities.
  • Collaborative style with well-developed interpersonal, communication, negotiation and consensus building skills. Able to navigate a matrix organisation and interact with people at all levels, countries, teams and cultures.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • Extensive experience of utilising BI tools.
  • Experience of Agile methodologies, Jira or ADO, SFCC and Retail solutions (Aptos, LS Retail, Microsoft Retail, etc.).
