EMEA DTC Technology Director

About the Role:
New Balance is seeking a highly skilled EMEA DTC Technology Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Direct-to-Consumer organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of business solutions that drive growth and improve the consumer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop strategic plans to address them.
- Lead the design and implementation of digital solutions that enhance the consumer experience and drive business results.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to leverage them to drive business growth and improve the consumer experience.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree or equivalent, and relevant number of years work experience in digital/retail functions and exposure to Direct-to-consumer business technologies.
- Significant experience leading complex projects and evaluating/resolving complex business challenges.
- Strong organization skills, be able to organize work and prioritize projects with a sense of urgency whilst being comfortable with uncertainty and shifting priorities.
- Collaborative style with well-developed interpersonal, communication, negotiation and consensus building skills. Able to navigate a matrix organisation and interact with people at all levels, countries, teams and cultures.
