We zoeken een gedreven Associate Director Hotels die zich kan vinden in onze visie om de toekomst van vastgoed te vormen. Als Associate Director ben je verantwoordelijk voor adviesprojecten die Colliers voor hotel(vastgoed)eigenaren, beleggers en ontwikkelaars uitvoert. Deze adviezen zijn financiële oplossingen op maat om groei en rendementen te realiseren en de haalbaarheid van nieuwe hotels te toetsen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Adviesprojecten uitvoeren voor hotel(vastgoed)eigenaren, beleggers en ontwikkelaars
  • Financiële oplossingen op maat ontwikkelen om groei en rendementen te realiseren
  • Haalbaarheid van nieuwe hotels toetsen
  • Actief de markt in om nieuwe opdrachten te acquireren
  • Haalbaarheidsstudies uitvoeren
  • Hotelwaarderingen maken aan de hand van uitgebreide marktdata
  • Adviezen en begeleiding bieden tijdens de ontwikkelfase van hotels
  • De beste keuze voor een lange termijn rendement helpen maken door de beste hotel operator te arrangeren
  • De Consultants in het team begeleiden
  • Operationele zaken zien erop toe dat juist uitgevoerd worden

Wat vragen we van jou?

  • Een afgeronde WO opleiding
  • Minimaal 8 relevante jaar werkervaring in finance, vastgoed of hotellerie
  • Ervaring en affiniteit met corporate finance, complexe transacties en contracten
  • Je bent enthousiast, kritisch, een netwerker en hebt een groot doorzettingsvermogen
  • Je bent schriftelijk en verbaal sterk in zowel Nederlands als Engels (minimaal niveau C1)
