We're seeking a proactive, strategic thinker to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. As a key member of our Sales, Product, and Support teams, you'll be responsible for guiding clients through every stage of their journey with our platform, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded while driving product adoption and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Implementation and Onboarding: Seamlessly guide new clients through our implementation and onboarding processes, setting the foundation for long-term success.
  • Drive Product Adoption: Transform contracted clients into enthusiastic, active users of the Openclaims platform by showcasing its value and aligning it with their business goals.
  • Expand Product Usage and Revenue: Strategically expand the footprint of our products within existing accounts, identifying new opportunities to drive additional value and revenue.
  • Build Exceptional Relationships: Cultivate and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders, becoming their go-to partner for success.
  • Champion the Customer's Voice: Act as the bridge between our clients and our internal teams, translating customer insights, feedback, and data into actionable product requirements, process enhancements, and innovative proposals.
  • Innovate Customer Success Strategies: Lead the development and execution of forward-thinking product strategies and methodologies that ensure our clients are continually achieving their desired outcomes.
