About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team in Amsterdam. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and supporting our sales goals and objectives.

Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

">
  • ">
  • Pre-qualifying sales leads received through various channels, including telephone, website, tradeshows and company events.">
  • Generating sales leads through outbound calling in conjunction with lead generation programs.">
  • Maintaining sales lead documentation.">
  • Nurturing long-term opportunities to continue Worldpay communication in early stages prior to the sales cycle.">
  • Supporting all strategic and targeted sales and marketing campaigns through comprehensive data collection.">
  • Tracking and evaluating campaign effectiveness and reporting findings to manager.">
  • Supporting enterprise lead generation activities, in addition to tracking and reporting on all lead generation marketing programs to drive revenue opportunities into the sales pipeline.">
  • Demonstrating product knowledge and executing lead generation activities for one or more business lines/units.">
  • Ensuring timely lead follow-up by assigned sales executive and conversion of pre-qualified leads to further stages within the sales process.">
  • Preparing lead generation reports and presenting results to end constituents guiding them via interactive interpretation on the results, cause and potential next-step actions.">
  • Identifying areas of opportunity, preparing business presentations and executing with assigned business lines/units.">
  • Gathering and updating competitive data and contact information to support future sales and marketing activities.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or communications or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.">
  • 3-5 years experience in sales and/or inside sales and/or lead generation related leadership role.">
  • Strong management, organizational, team building, coaching and mentoring skills.">
  • In-depth knowledge of Worldpay products and services.">
  • General knowledge of financial and/or payment solutions technology including systems, applications and banking practices.">
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills resulting in a clear, concise and professional manner including presentations.">
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management in an organized, professional manner.">
  • Skill in productivity, planning, and workload management.">
  • Solid decision-making and problem-solving skills.">

As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible working hours, professional development resources, and opportunities to volunteer and support charities.
