Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Strategic Account Manager - Customer Success Expert to join our team at VusionGroup SA.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Develop and execute a customer-specific business plan, KPIs, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to set up commercial propositions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers from mid-management to C-level.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to expand sales of additional and new products and services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Proven track record in attaining/exceeding account management and sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to prioritize strategic tasks and identify solution value for customers.
