Your focus areas include:

Data Management, Process Optimization, Operational Excellence, and Stakeholder Engagement.

In this capacity, you will spearhead strategic discussions around commerce operations within our B2B sector. Your team is crucial for driving growth through the 'simply the best' strategy, ensuring simple, effective, and superior implementations across the intricate landscape of three regions (EU, ME, and Asia) and two business lines (Wholesale and Travel Retail).

You will initiate and oversee projects aimed at operational enhancements, with objectives to minimize turnover, elevate service levels for our partners, and prepare the organization for future expansion in both existing and new markets.

This role as Business Operations Leader for 40 hours per week entails:

Leading continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with the supply chain and finance teams. Streamlining the onboarding process for new partners. Managing strategic projects to refine and challenge existing systems and tools; (Salesforce, STEP, Powerbi) Converting complex analyses that reflect business needs into practical operational solutions.

Your team comprises three specialists with diverse areas of expertise.

Steering long-term projects in collaboration with the business technology team to create new tools that enhance our processes across all markets and lines of business. Ensuring delivery on our commitments based on established targets alongside the supply chain team. Implementing frontline tools to boost efficiency. Preparing core operations for new markets while considering regional variances. Providing market-appropriate services to our discerning partners.

Your qualifications include:

A completed bachelor's or master's degree (Business Economics, Business Administration, Logistics). At least 7 years of relevant experience in business operations project management, demonstrating success in leading and managing complex projects using PMO methodologies for planning, risk management, and reporting. Over 10 years of relevant work experience. Proven experience working with cross-functional operational teams (supply chain, procurement, finance, IT, HR). Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication skills. Experience in facilitating and coaching teams and individuals. Proficiency in both Dutch and English.
