Als Customer Service Medewerker bij Working RebelZ word je de verbindende schakel tussen onze klanten en onze digitale boutiques. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bieden van een ongeëvenaarde service die onze klanten dat unieke gevoel geeft.
Verantwoordelijkheden- Contactonderhoud met klanten via diverse kanalen, zoals e-mail, telefoon, SMS, Whatsapp en social media.
- Proactief verkopen via diverse kanalen, zoals e-mail, telefoon, SMS en Whatsapp.
- Target gericht werken aan het verhogen van de reactietijd en klanttevredenheid.
- Klanten issues oppakken, klanten data wijzigen, speciale verzoeken opnemen en oplossen.
- Meehelpen met de verzending van webshoporders, behandeling en afhandeling van retouren en vragen.
- Meehelpen met product picking & packing.
- Ondersteunen van online salestrajecten van leads tot orders, inclusief nazorg zowel bij klanten als intern.
- Bestaande relaties in samenwerking met het e-commerce team verder opbouwen middels herhaalaankopen, seizoenactiviteiten en cross-selling.
- Participeren in de (door)ontwikkeling van customer care en logistieke organisatie van de webstores.
- Bijhouden van relevante ontwikkelingen op het gebied van customer care / e-commerce en deze omzetten naar concrete acties.

- Een contract voor 40 uur per week, met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.

- Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar relevante werkervaring op het gebied van customer care in een servicegerichte en commerciële online-omgeving.
- Je hebt aantoonbare affiniteit met retail, luxury menswear en fashion.
- Je bent commercieel en klantgericht.
- Je bent zelfstandig, accuraat, een aanpakker en data-driven.
- Je hebt een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
- Je bent woonachtig in regio Amsterdam / Zaanstreek.
