Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Sales Development Lead to join our team at Creative Fabrica. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing outbound strategies to engage potential customers, identifying and targeting new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
  • Inbound Lead Management: Respond to and qualify incoming leads from various sources, including marketing campaigns and customer support.
  • Outreach Initiatives: Develop and execute email campaigns and social media outreach strategies to engage potential customers.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and target new business opportunities through various channels.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with prospective clients to build a sales pipeline.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales activities and results, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in a CRM system.

We're offering a base salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, and a range of benefits that include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
