The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Development Team Lead to join our NGP Digital team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of development and integration activities, ensuring that our digital solutions meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and expertise to the development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital solutions.
- Manage the build and implementation of digital services, ensuring compliance with business needs and technical standards.
- Deliver effective updates and manage risks to oversee the progress of projects, ensuring timely and budget-aligned delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and coordinate digital solutions, upholding best practices and governance standards.
- Responsible for the technical execution of the product backlog, ensuring adherence to technical architecture and design principles.
Requirements
- Previous or current team leader experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering digital solutions.
- Vast experience in back-end systems, systems development, application analysis, and design, particularly in a cloud-first environment, with expertise in .NET and asynchronous programming.
- Expertise in Azure cloud platform and familiarity with CI/CD best practices, with a strong understanding of security practices and data protection.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of distilling complex topics for technical teams, with a strong understanding of technology architecture and data solutions.
