About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Influencer & PR Manager to join our team at Coty. As a key member of our global advocacy team, you will play a crucial role in driving engagement and consideration of the adidas brand through influencer-led campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing & PR activations and consumer experiences across all touchpoints and markets.
  • Build a global influencer strategy for the brand, identifying and recruiting influencers who align with our target audience and design partnership strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Act as a thought-leader in the arena of Influencer Marketing & PR, providing guidance to internal & external stakeholders to develop breakthrough and integrated communication concepts.
  • Identify opportunities to connect influencers and journalists to our brand through content creation, activations, campaigns, seedings, etc.
  • Develop and execute integrated creative influencer, PR and digital ideas across multiple markets, cultures and social platforms as part of an effective content strategy across the adidas categories.
  • Define ways of working and processes with internal & external stakeholders, to ensure efficient workflows and impactful activations across the markets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and analyze business needs and evolving media & influencer landscape to create plans that raise adidas profile across a variety of media outlets and platforms.
  • Monitor and manage financial resources, talent negotiations, contracts, campaign performance, ROI and more.
  • Budget ownership for IM & PR related activities, including PO set up & invoicing as well as support on PO set up and budget tracking of total adidas Equity budget.
Requirements
  • 4+ years international Influencer marketing & PR experience in a fast-paced environment (beauty/luxury/sport experience strongly preferred), in an agency and/or corporate background.
  • Strategic thinker with strong digital/Influencer strategy and project management skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Creative & curious, with enthusiasm for the new and ability to explore new ways of doing and thinking.
  • Understanding of GenZ and knowledge of which messaging & content engages and resonates.
  • Current on emerging trends and technologies and passionate about the digitally/Influencer driven consumer decision journey.
  • Strong understanding of P/O/E ecosystems & how to drive relevant messages across multiple touchpoints along the consumer journey.
