Frontline ambassador, hospitality enthusiast, and guest experience advocate

As the initial point of contact for all visitors to our establishment, you will serve as the primary representative at the front desk. Your responsibilities encompass everything from welcoming guests, promoting our offerings, to providing expert local insights and facilitating check-out. In this welcoming environment, you will have the opportunity to engage with guests beyond the reception area, ensuring they feel valued and prioritized.

Guests will rely on you for comprehensive information about our services and the surrounding area. Whether it’s recommending excellent dining options, assisting with transportation needs, or simply engaging in pleasant conversation, your role is pivotal. You will thrive on connecting with guests throughout the day while enjoying complimentary beverages. Additionally, you will be involved in enrolling guests in our loyalty program, offering room upgrades, and collaborating with various departments to address concerns and resolve issues, making each day dynamic and fulfilling. Our establishment aims to create a home-like atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Essential qualifications and personal attributes

A natural inclination towards hospitality, understanding guest needs intuitively Ideally, prior experience in international hotels or the hospitality sector Availability for full-time, flexible shifts, including early and late hours Proficiency in English and Dutch is essential Residing in or near the local area is preferred A proactive mindset, capable of adapting quickly and navigating various systems Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-sufficient Familiarity with Opera software is advantageous Experience in handling guest complaints and knowledge of food safety standards is beneficial
