Senior B2B Pricing Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Analyst to join our team at Corbion. As a Pricing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing profitability and driving consistency in pricing across our organization.
Main Responsibilities- Support the sales team in achieving regional targets by providing unbiased, fact-based information and recommendations.
- Collect and analyze pricing data, including raw material costs and regional cost sets.
- Perform price calculations and provide recommendations to the commercial organization to drive daily price realization.
- Prepare and refresh data uploads, calculate the impact of recommendations on current prices, and initiate and monitor price escalations.
- Implement continuous pricing and profitability improvements, and define reactive and proactive recommendations for the sales VPs.
- Assist in the management and maintenance of customer pricing agreements and contracts.
- Prepare quarterly price list updates and support quarterly price realization reviews.
- Contribute to the yearly price setting process by analyzing historic performance and preparing a recommendation for margin setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, or Business Administration.
- 2-6 years of experience in a relevant role, such as analytics, pricing, finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills, including expertise in MS Excel, BI, SQL, and analytical tools.
- Experience in reporting and analyzing data, with the ability to solve issues with incomplete, uncertain, or inaccurate data.
- Good business sense and a genuine interest in the food and/or chemical industry.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas across different levels of the organization.
