You will collaborate with a diverse and motivated team, working together to harness our collective strengths and deliver outstanding service to all guests.

Are you dedicated to creating memorable guest experiences and thrive in a dynamic, international setting? If so, this Front Office Agent position is an ideal fit for you. As the initial and final point of contact, you will manage guest check-ins and check-outs, offer information, and handle various administrative duties. Your role will involve working flexible shifts, including days, evenings, and nights, to foster a welcoming environment that exceeds guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate smooth check-in and check-out procedures, taking pride in making each guest's stay remarkable
  • Efficiently manage administrative responsibilities throughout your shift
  • Gather and address guest feedback to enhance their experiences
  • Deliver a memorable experience with your engaging personality

We are looking for:

  • Candidates with prior experience in hotel front office operations
  • Individuals who are adaptable to flexible working hours, including weekends
  • Excellent communicators with proficiency in English
  • Professionals capable of personally addressing guest inquiries and concerns
