Sales Incentives Executive

The Global Sales Strategy and Operations Team at Just Eat Takeaway ensures the effectiveness of the Global Sales Organisation. As a Sr. Project Manager - Sales Incentives, you will partner with Leadership, Sales Operations, HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure accurate processing of incentive compensation for sales teams.
Key ingredients to the role include:
- Executing administration for sales incentives for all sales FTEs;
- Resolving incentive queries/disputes from sales stakeholders within agreed timelines;
- Providing input to the development of Sales Incentive toolings, data infrastructure, and process management;
- Contributing to the continuous process optimization and infrastructure building across 19 countries;
- Partnering cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and BI to ensure accurate payouts across all markets;
- Providing proposals, reporting, and support for informed decision-making on future incentive programs.
- Experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or Advisory roles;
- Experience with Sales Incentives, effectiveness, performance, or compensation programs is beneficial;
- Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, conduct data-driven analysis, and come up with recommendations, as well as managing large data sets;
- Flexibility and ability to adjust to new demands, sense of urgency;
- High energy, autonomy, and resilience with a 'Get it done' attitude;
- Advanced level of Excel and attention to detail;
- Experience with databases, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau);
- Strong focus on continuous improvement;
- Experience with incentive tools like Xactly is an advantage but not essential.
