Key Responsibilities

The Global Sales Strategy and Operations Team at Just Eat Takeaway ensures the effectiveness of the Global Sales Organisation. As a Sr. Project Manager - Sales Incentives, you will partner with Leadership, Sales Operations, HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure accurate processing of incentive compensation for sales teams.

Key ingredients to the role include:

  • Executing administration for sales incentives for all sales FTEs;
  • Resolving incentive queries/disputes from sales stakeholders within agreed timelines;
  • Providing input to the development of Sales Incentive toolings, data infrastructure, and process management;
  • Contributing to the continuous process optimization and infrastructure building across 19 countries;
  • Partnering cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and BI to ensure accurate payouts across all markets;
  • Providing proposals, reporting, and support for informed decision-making on future incentive programs.
Requirements
  • Experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or Advisory roles;
  • Experience with Sales Incentives, effectiveness, performance, or compensation programs is beneficial;
  • Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, conduct data-driven analysis, and come up with recommendations, as well as managing large data sets;
  • Flexibility and ability to adjust to new demands, sense of urgency;
  • High energy, autonomy, and resilience with a 'Get it done' attitude;
  • Advanced level of Excel and attention to detail;
  • Experience with databases, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau);
  • Strong focus on continuous improvement;
  • Experience with incentive tools like Xactly is an advantage but not essential.
