About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Information Group (CIG) team in Terneuzen, Netherlands. As a Customer Information Group Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our customers, channel partners, and prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and requests.
  • Manage client contact and handle questions and requests from inbound calls and emails.
  • Ensure that all customer enquiries are documented and meet performance and service standards.
  • Use business and process expertise to increase service levels and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Be able to manage a complex workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Product Stewards, Regulatory team, Sales, and Customer Service.
  • Foster a collaborative environment within the team and promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum vocational degree (MBO-4) required.
  • Proven experience in customer service, support, or relevant role with strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and German, with ability to verbally communicate with customers and management.
  • Commercial skills, including ability to identify sales opportunities and act upon them.
  • Ability to operate computer systems with accuracy and efficiency (CRM, SAP, Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to adapt and implement new procedures as required.
Preferred Skills
  • Fluency in French language a plus.
