SkyTeam Internship: Sustainability and Storytelling

SkyTeam Airline Alliance Management Cooperatie U.A. is seeking a highly motivated and creative Content Creation Intern to join our PR & Communications Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping us share the exciting journey of The Aviation Challenge, an ambitious initiative to inspire and accelerate the adoption of more sustainable practices within the aviation industry.
Key Responsibilities- Uncover and narrate the compelling stories of airlines participating in The Aviation Challenge, highlighting their struggles, successes, and practical examples of adopting and scaling more sustainable solutions.
- Collaborate with our communications team and airline representatives to gather submissions for our solutions repository, featuring 470 initiatives submitted since the challenge's inception in 2022.
- Help elevate the overall quality of content on the repository, enhancing the depth and comprehensiveness, ensuring it is informative, engaging, and accurately reflects the solutions' impact and efforts of the airlines.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the content on the repository to ensure it is easily accessible and user-friendly for all stakeholders.
- Transform complex information into clear, understandable, and inspiring content that others can learn from, fostering cross-airline collaboration and increasing engagement with our platform.
- Actively enrolled in a university program in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with an eye for detail.
- Passionate about sustainability and environmental issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity for geographical contexts.
- Fluent English language skills (verbal and written), ensuring clarity and effectiveness in all forms of communication.
- Basic knowledge of the aviation industry is a plus.
