Head of Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Facilities to join our team at Rabobank Gruppe. As a key member of our Management Team Operations, you will be responsible for leading our Facilities organization and driving strategic initiatives to improve our operational efficiency and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize our facilities and real estate portfolio, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and sustainability goals.
- Lead a team of 250 diverse colleagues in various roles, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Collaborate closely with HR Tribes and other stakeholders to develop and refine workplace concepts, ensuring the attractiveness of our bank for employees and customers.
- Manage the execution of operations and process management within Facilities, ensuring quality improvement in primary processes and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a Master Plan for Housing, ensuring alignment with our organization's ambitions and sustainability goals.
- Drive the strategy for positioning Facilities and realize it across the board, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and sustainability goals.
- Lead in cultural change and respond to defined business strategy, ensuring the successful implementation of large-scale change processes.
- Build, coach, and lead effective teams, managing managers and driving results-oriented performance.
- Ensure the successful execution of strategic projects on behalf of the entire Management Team Operations, driving business outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
- At least 10 years of demonstrable management experience at senior executive level in a complex stakeholder field.
- Demonstrable experience working in an operations environment, specifically related to facility management, including real estate management.
- Knowledge of legal framework and laws and regulations, more specifically also for real estate.
- At least 5-10 years of experience in designing, initiating, and implementing (large) complex (change) processes at senior level.
- Master Degree level thinking.
- Ability to lead in cultural change and respond to defined business strategy.
- Strategy building and operational execution of it is your excellence.
- Proven track record of building, coaching, and leading effective teams, track record of managing managers.
- Execution power, being able to perform under high pressure.
- Proven experience with political environments.
- Salary Scale EK I.
