About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Technical Program Manager to drive innovative product development initiatives for our ServiceNow NowX organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering cutting-edge technologies to market, working closely with product, design, engineering, and customer teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product initiatives from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, identify problems, and make informed decisions.
  • Provide strategic guidance on process improvements, risk management, and dependency tracking.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, simplifying complex issues and providing transparent status updates.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of program management experience in mid-to-large-sized companies, with a strong background in customer-facing roles.
  • Experience working in a start-up environment is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, make decisions effectively, and navigate uncertain or rapidly changing environments.
  • PMI-ACP or PMI-PMP certification is a plus.
  • Experience utilizing ServiceNow products to manage projects, track metrics, and report progress.
Preferred Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or higher in Business Management, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with executives, product management, development teams, and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional team building and management skills, including conflict resolution, negotiation, and persuasion.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decisions.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a proven track record of taking initiative and delivering results.
