About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team at LegionellaDossier. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our digital water safety solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues through problem-solving and troubleshooting.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer support environment (B2B/B2C) or any other client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Native Dutch and proficient English language skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
