About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales professional to join our team at Edgewell Personal Care - a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of channel and customer account growth plans in the Netherlands region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Key Account Director, you will own the P&L for major national key accounts and ensure that established sales targets are met in a cost-effective manner.
  • You will implement customer-specific listing and promotion plans, achieve annual business plan and forecasting through pro-active measures with existing customers, and manage/establish pricing to trade to ensure compliance with agreed local and European pricing and profitability guidelines.
Requirements
  • Experience of managing key customer accounts within FMCG/Cosmetics or Personal Care for major Netherlands retailers.
  • Significant commercial experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, Category Management or Purchasing.
  • Experience of private label and branded products.
  • Understanding of Profit & Loss (P&L) management.
  • Strong communication/presentation skills, negotiation and analytical abilities are essential.
  • Must be able to demonstrate excellent account management, organisation and planning skills.
  • Proficient in using Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch.
