Senior Marketing Director

We're a fast-growing business travel company that's revolutionising the industry with innovative tech and a global team. Our mission is to transform business travel through automation, and we're looking for a seasoned Senior Marketing Manager to help us achieve this goal.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a 'can-do' approach, able to lead a department with a focus on performance and productivity. They'll be a strong communicator, skilled in distilling complex ideas into clear messaging and adept at board-level communication.
We're looking for someone with a strong background in content marketing, especially text-based content creation. They'll be responsible for developing a long-term marketing strategy aligned with our growth goals, focusing on brand positioning, content quality, and campaign performance.
Key responsibilities will include defining marketing strategy, crafting and evolving a marketing and design language, and setting and monitoring key metrics that measure the impact of campaigns and overall brand visibility. They'll also be responsible for leading customer-focused campaigns to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention, coordinating paid, earned, and owned media strategies.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS, and a proven ability to lead a marketing function with a focus on performance. They'll also have experience defining and implementing brand and design language across platforms, and proficiency in digital marketing channels and tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
