We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Hospitality Partnerships team. As Director of Hospitality Partnerships, you'll be responsible for managing a team that oversees product integration partnerships across our point of sale and online ordering platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage a team that oversees all product integration partnerships across our point of sale and online ordering platforms
  • Identify product partnership opportunities to develop and guide our partner strategy in the Hospitality space across products and geographies
  • In partnership with the wider Strategy Team, develop and execute against our 'build/buy/partner' framework to accelerate our product roadmaps and build product moats for our Hospitality business
  • Collaborate across teams to build a compelling app-marketplace and develop self-service partner tools to help accelerate the growth of our app ecosystem partners
  • Work with potential and existing partners to define desired outcomes, investment, and nurture relationships that lead to long-term opportunities
  • Develop and negotiate strategic partnership agreements that meet the company's strategic needs while ensuring mutual benefit to both parties
  • Manage results with partner companies through regular governance processes
  • Act as a key source of knowledge and subject matter expertise on market /competitive dynamics
Requirements:
  • 10 years working in partnerships in the point of sale, payments, or hospitality SaaS space
  • Proven results working across legal, product, and commercial teams
  • Experience in a global SaaS environment, preference for fast-growth and global
  • Track record of being able to both set or shape strategy, as well as delivering executional plans that have measurable impact on the business.
  • Experience engaging at an executive level both internally with cross-functional groups and externally with partners
  • Proven record of leading a diverse, high performing team across geographical regions and experience building high-performing, inclusive teams
  • Exceptional written/verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of accountability, while also able to collaborate cross-functionally with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fluid, fast-paced, unpredictable environment
  • Unquestionable ethics, integrity and business judgment; you share our values, and work in accordance with those values
  • Highly motivated and adaptable with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a challenging, fast paced and team-oriented environment
