Key Responsibilities:- Build and manage a team that oversees all product integration partnerships across our point of sale and online ordering platforms
- Identify product partnership opportunities to develop and guide our partner strategy in the Hospitality space across products and geographies
- In partnership with the wider Strategy Team, develop and execute against our 'build/buy/partner' framework to accelerate our product roadmaps and build product moats for our Hospitality business
- Collaborate across teams to build a compelling app-marketplace and develop self-service partner tools to help accelerate the growth of our app ecosystem partners
- Work with potential and existing partners to define desired outcomes, investment, and nurture relationships that lead to long-term opportunities
- Develop and negotiate strategic partnership agreements that meet the company's strategic needs while ensuring mutual benefit to both parties
- Manage results with partner companies through regular governance processes
- Act as a key source of knowledge and subject matter expertise on market /competitive dynamics
- 10 years working in partnerships in the point of sale, payments, or hospitality SaaS space
- Proven results working across legal, product, and commercial teams
- Experience in a global SaaS environment, preference for fast-growth and global
- Track record of being able to both set or shape strategy, as well as delivering executional plans that have measurable impact on the business.
- Experience engaging at an executive level both internally with cross-functional groups and externally with partners
- Proven record of leading a diverse, high performing team across geographical regions and experience building high-performing, inclusive teams
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of accountability, while also able to collaborate cross-functionally with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to thrive in a fluid, fast-paced, unpredictable environment
- Unquestionable ethics, integrity and business judgment; you share our values, and work in accordance with those values
