About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our People team in the Netherlands. As an HR Strategic Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both local and global HR initiatives, serving as the first point of contact for all local employee relations matters.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Serving as the primary contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
  • Resolving conflicts and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent application of ITG policies.
  • Conducting investigations into employee complaints and recommending appropriate action.
  • Partnering with the local Head of HR to implement and manage HR programs and initiatives that support the wider business goals.
  • Collaborating with the global People Team to ensure consistency across our entire employee base.
  • Providing day-to-day HR support to employees and management, including performance management, career development, and succession planning.
  • Supporting our Talent Acquisition Team by collaborating with hiring managers to support a seamless candidate journey.
  • Developing and implementing onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
  • Identifying and addressing talent development needs through training and development programs.
  • Ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
  • Developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and communicated effectively to employees.
  • Monitoring and reporting on HR metrics to track the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong knowledge of Dutch labour laws and regulations.
  • Experience in a global organisation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, knowledge of Dutch also desirable.
