Role OverviewThe District Manager is responsible for strategizing and achieving retail sales objectives across various brands and locations while overseeing a team of beauty consultants. This role involves collaborating with the Sales Manager to devise a targeted approach for top-performing stores. The District Manager is expected to cultivate robust business relationships, maintain awareness of market trends, and develop strategies that ensure our brands consistently outperform competitors.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement comprehensive staffing plans for all retail outlets, focusing on high-potential locations.
- Execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Track and analyze performance metrics, including sales figures, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to achieve ambitious goals, especially during challenging periods.
- Provide insights to the Sales Manager and Brand Managers regarding annual objectives and site selection for stores.
- Recruit, lead, and mentor the team to fulfill sales objectives while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Set a standard for excellence in execution among field staff, demonstrating effective sales techniques.
- Enhance team capabilities in retail management and drive improvements in commercial performance.
- Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to regional retail guidelines, brand standards, and company policies.
- Maintain brand integrity and visual standards across all retail environments.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to operations.
- Fluent in English and Dutch, with excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in retail/sales and team management within a consumer-focused environment, ideally in the beauty industry.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
