Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Air Import Coordinator to join our team at Crane Worldwide Logistics. This role is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the entire import procedure, from shipping to delivering goods to the customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor import shipments and related activities for assigned accounts.
  • Review and manage import documentation, including customs clearance and release coordination.
  • Communicate with customs and port authorities, carriers, and customers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor and manage shipping schedules and delivery times.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer requests and issues.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in airfreight forwarding or a related field.
  • Knowledge of customs regulations and import/export requirements.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • A Logistics-related degree is preferred but not required.
  • Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
