Job Title: Team Manager Finance

We are seeking a seasoned and motivated Team Manager Finance to lead our finance team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes, while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Managing the team: Provide leadership and supervision to your client-facing finance team as supported by our Turkish SSC team, including performance management, coaching, and development.
  • Accounting: Manage the daily client accounting responsibilities, overseeing the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, financial statements, budgets, and (cash-flow) forecasts.
  • Audit & Compliance: Oversee, coordinate, and provide audit assistance, being accountable for maintaining compliance and mitigating risks.
  • Building & Maintaining relationships: Actively engage with clients and external partners to understand their needs and expectations, fostering open communication, listening attentively, and promptly addressing any concerns.
Requirements:
  • Certified AA Accountant with over 10 years of senior accounting and management experience, preferably within an accountancy firm or financial services provider.
  • At least five years of team leadership experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dutch GAAP, IFRS, and accounting principles.
  • Proficient with ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
