The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Global Account Executive to join our team, responsible for developing new business opportunities and driving revenue growth in emerging markets.

As a key member of our sales team, you'll work closely with our global team to provide technology solutions for critical needs and problems faced by our customers and new prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to increase sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Sell and promote Sovos' SaaS-based products and services to new accounts, leveraging your expertise in tax and regulatory compliance.
  • Deliver profitable new business revenue growth in assigned territory, meeting and exceeding revenue targets and relevant quotas.
  • Grow and manage a balanced pipeline across the assigned territory, achieving new business revenue growth and other assigned duties.
  • Build a year-over-year track record of consistent performance and accountability, using multiple sales approaches and managing complex sales into large enterprises.
  • Demonstrate a true passion for success, with a relentless desire to win and drive results.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of corporate selling experience, with a proven track record of sales to large Financial Services Organizations.
  • Demonstrated success in selling large enterprise-type ($250K+) opportunities, with the ability to navigate and manage complex sales cycles and relate and sell to Senior Executives.
  • Proven targeting, prospecting, and closing skills, with the ability to achieve or exceed revenue quotas.
  • Experience with contact management systems and proficiency in the MS Office suite of tools.
