Technical Sales Specialist

Data2Bots, a leading IT consulting firm, is seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Consultant to drive sales of technical products and services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and providing expert technical guidance throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their technical requirements.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis and consult with clients to provide customized solutions.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Data2Bots' technical products, services, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve targets.
- Work closely with the technical support and product development teams to address client feedback and improve product offerings.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and address any technical issues.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure successful implementation and usage of products.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical sales, consulting, or a related role.
- Must be residing in The Netherlands.
- Strong technical background and understanding of Data2Bots' industry and products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in Dutch.
